About
Made in India.
For growing businesses
everywhere.
NIRNYA is an AI-enabled legal services firm, headquartered in Bengaluru. We work with growing businesses across India, the UAE, and the United Kingdom — and we are deliberately built around the idea that the legal function should expand at the speed of the business it serves.
Why we exist
Legal capacity has been the
silent constraint on Indian businesses.
For most of the businesses we work with, the bottleneck isn't talent, capital, or market. It's the time it takes to get a clean answer from the legal function. NIRNYA was built to remove that constraint — not by replacing lawyers, but by making them three times as effective.
Legal isn't a cost centre. It's a clock.
Every week a contract sits on a desk is a week sales doesn't close. Every quarter compliance slips is a quarter the board worries. NIRNYA collapses the clock without compromising the standard.
AI multiplies lawyers. It doesn't replace them.
The platform does the drafting, the research, the first-pass redlines. Senior NIRNYA lawyers do the judgement — the part that actually matters. The combination is three times faster than either alone.
One firm, end to end.
Most growing businesses end up with four legal vendors — one for contracts, one for diligence, one for compliance, one for hiring paperwork. We absorb all four into a single engagement, with a single point of contact.
Where we work
Three markets. One firm.
We started in India because India is where the next generation of mid-market businesses is being built — and where the legal function is most starved for capacity. We expanded to the UAE because Indian and Gulf businesses increasingly operate as one. We expanded to the UK because cross-border transactions deserve consistent senior counsel on both sides.

Principles
Five things we've agreed to hold to.
Principles are easier to write than to live. These are the five we have written down — and the five we have agreed to lose deals over, when push comes to shove.
01
Every output is signed off by a human lawyer.
There is no exception. The platform produces the draft. A senior NIRNYA lawyer reads it, edits where needed, and signs off before it leaves the building. Speed never costs us judgement.
02
We don't sell software. We sell the transformation.
You don't licence a tool from us. You engage a firm. The firm runs on a platform we own and operate — but the contract is for outcomes, not seats.
03
Cost should match value, not hours.
Hourly billing punishes efficiency. Quarter-by-quarter scoped pricing rewards both sides for moving faster. If we go faster than planned, we don't get cheaper. If new work shows up, we re-scope honestly.
04
Confidentiality is the price of admission.
Your documents are never used to train any model. Your data is scoped to your engagement, residing in your region by default. Privilege survives intact, the same way it would with outside counsel.
05
If we're not the right fit, we say so.
Some businesses don't need NIRNYA — they need an excellent boutique firm, a different kind of in-house hire, or simply more time. We tell you that on the first call. We don't sell engagements that won't work.
The name
Nirnaya, in Sanskrit, means verdict.
The Ashoka Chakra — the wheel at the centre of the Indian flag — has twenty-four spokes representing the wheel of dharma: of righteousness, of law in motion. The name NIRNYA carries the same intent. The work we ship is a verdict — clear, reasoned, actionable. Not an opinion handed to you with a shrug.
